These meditation sessions are 90 minutes long. During this time, we do a ‘check in’ and two guided meditations, for example, body scan, awareness of the breath or self-enquiry, with a short feedback afterwards. It’s a great time to switch off from the stresses of daily life and meet with other like-minded people.
