This is a simple, 28-day programme that is created to reset your metabolism, burn fat whilst retaining muscle and ultimately transform your life.
It supports every area of health from blood sugar control to energy and sleep whilst at the same time reducing inflammation, improving brain health and supporting digestive
What does it include?
An initial 1-hour consultation: I will take an in-depth analysis of your whole health from digestive function to blood sugar regulation, immune system and hormones.
We will agree on some health goals for the next 4 weeks and look at a science-based food plan designed to support metabolic balance.
Personalised Food Plan: After the session you will receive the personalised food plan consisting of 3 meals a day and the right balance of proteins to carbohydrates for you, based on the foods I have selected from discussing your current diet, favourite foods and current health issues (for example are some digestive issues then we will reduce the amount of gassy vegetables for the first few weeks until the gut has established more balance)
The plan also includes an overnight fasting period of 12-14 hours to enable the body to burn a good amount of fat overnight. Plus recommendations for water intake and gentle exercise.
2 x Follow Up consultations. (30 minutes): One after two weeks and one after four weeks. These are check in sessions to tweak the food plan according to how you are adapting to it. During the final follow up session we will ensure that you have a longer-term plan for the next few months and more.
